What is “Deru-Cine”?
Hirohito Goto, an active playwright and writer of the original screenplay for the major 2008 hit “Paco and the Magical Picture Book”, has created this audience participation screening program which has turned the film industry on its head.
Instead of “Miru Cinema” (cinema that you watch), “Deru-Cinema” (cinema that you participate in), shortened to “Deru-Cine”.
The short film is shot and edited in advance, without the extra scenes that people will appear in later. Then, on the day of the screening, the audience is divided into 5 groups, are shot at various locations around Okinawa, and appear as extras in the film.
The extra scenes are edited into the film that has already been shot, and the film is then complete. This film, completed in just a few hours, provides a great sense of attraction, as the audience have the chance to co-star with famous stars.

Consecutive kidnappings. A mysterious white powder is left at the scene. Rookie investigator “Akane Minami” is assigned to a special government agency and is introduced to a surprising partner to investigate the incident. His name is “El Shuriken”. He is a masked wrestler who fights evil and injustice. The leader of the “Minashine Foundation”, the evil organization that is the mastermind of the incidents, is “Dr. Akudoji”, and he calls upon the mysterious woman “Lady Fox” to kill Akane Minami and El Shuriken. One after another, evil servants come after them. El Shuriken faces setbacks. Akane Minami is left on her own. Can Dr. Akudoji’s plan for world domination be stopped? The day of annihilation nears! Stand up El Shuriken!
