This real, non-fiction documentary portrays the 9 yers of anguish of I-VAN, as he moves to Jamaica, the home of reggae as a young soccer player, where he interacts with people that live in the harsh reality of the Jamaica ghettos, suffering from poverty, tyranny and crime, to his rise as the World Champion of Reggae Dancing.
